Why not? Keep the D in house. Why have whole philosophy overhaul? There’s no reason to act like Banda, if that’s his ambition can’t teach this D. He’s been around Diaz his last couple stops. In 3 years his safeties have improved year to year and have balled

What exactly has Banda done to be promoted to DC? Banda recruits man he’s not an X and Os guy. Better off giving Rumph that gig if you’re considering Banda. Rumph knows x and Os
