Hate to be that guy, but if you just watch Manning and his mannerisms, you can tell he’s not the sharpest tool in the shed. He’s probably your definition of dumb jock. Seems like his stock is dropping the longer he stays. His stock was highest before he ever started a game. It’s been downhill since.
