It's not that he's not a take for us. It's if we are a take for him. He's not coming here to be a reserve guard. He's a grad transfer and will want a starting spot locked down like the center we took from UCF.

We need interior guys but more in the backup positions. A starting unit of Cohen, Lee & Copper could be pretty **** good but there is no depth. Unfortunately, a guy like this aint coming here unless its to be a starter. Something they probably cant promise.

I don't understand the fascination with bringing in Cam'ron Johnson. The folks here around the Houston program said the OL was an abomination and Dawson had to scheme around it cause they couldn't run block anyone. I suppose its possible he was the only one who was any good, but how do we know this? Is he all conference due to his pass protection or both pass protection and run blocking?

We have to have more pressing priorities here.

Not as good as his stats seem. I don’t think he’s a better talent than any of the Miami interior guards even if he outperformed them
