Out of pure curiosity why etomidate. Great results but all it takes is one person to have pre-existing adrenal insufficency and now your gonna have a lot more trying to get a stable pressure with no adrenals

Probably because it’s so short acting? And pre-hospital rewards outweigh the risk. That’d be my guess anyway.
