Good Thing Player's "Love" Manny

I wholeheartedly agree with 98% of this post.

But please don't go associating Coco Puffs with Manny Diaz worshippers, fam. That's a fine breakfast cereal and its supporters don't deserve to get lumped together with Diaz slurpers who can't see the light of day... they probably buy that off-brand Cocoa Burst ****.

Essentially said that Manny bad mouthed Brevin to all the scouts (said showed up to practice drunk, partied too much, not a leader) and that’s why he went 5th round as the 2nd or 3rd ranked te in the draft

I mean eff Dead Manny Walking, regardless—but did Brevin do these things? Kid was a talent, but his career should've been better at Miami, even with the injuries.

I think many need a large bowl of Raisin Bran to help with obvious digestive issues.

We’ve seen NFL HOF with long standing “substance abuse” issues on championship teams..if they can play, they play. For those questioning why Brevin (if this **** true) was still TE 1..well that’s because he was productive when healthy and played at a high level for college te

Okay, here are the two possibillities:

1. Manny told the truth, but didnt suspend Brevin. Manny is proven to be unable to discipline his players and get accountability into his team and therefore, he needs to leave ASAFP.

2. Manny didnt tell the truth and jeopardized his players career. He is a complete **** and should be fired without receiving the rest of the payment for gross neglience.

Either case only should be followed by one result.
Allllllllllll of this. Whatever the truth is be damned, this whole scenario is gross negligence that continues to be encouraged by this program no matter which way the facts go.

If it’s true Brevin did that type of stuff, Fck I’m lying for him for? Withholding information is lying. So Brevin partied and stuff but didn’t want the coach to be honest?

Maybe Will Mallory is doing crack and that’s why he’s still starting
Maybe the problem is that he’s not doing crack
That dude looks like he’s stuck in slow motion never seen a guy move slower in and out of his cuts

Pre-Alabama: Manny should suspend players for BYE weeks if he was a cut throat winner.

Now: Manny should have suspended our starting TE for showing up at practice after a night of drinking

Absolutely incredible lack of consistency here. And yes, we all still want him fired, but this is what makes this place impossible at times.

if you show up to practice drunk and dont get suspended, something is wrong with you as the head coach.

if i would show up drunk to my practice, my coach would kick my *** and let me run miles till i vomit. and i play soccer in an amateur league for ***** sake.
If you show up to practice drunk, there is a lot wrong with the player. A college, high school, pro, middle school, semi-pro, pee-wee league player knows not to show up to practice drunk. If he did this then he's a borderline loser and will soon be out of the league as people rarely develop discipline in the pros that they lacked in college. Not impossible, but rare. Don't need a coach on this issue because the player ahs bigger issues than a coach can fix.

If a coach lies about a player being drunk, the coach is a borderline loser and should never coach again at any level (see levels listed above).

FYI, it is pretty dumb for Brevin to expose this information, whether true or not. We will never know whether Diaz said these things, but now all of us are left wondering if Brevin showed up to practice drunk. Sometimes the rumor/innuendo is as bad as the truth, which in this case will never be revealed. Brevin screwed himself with this and does not even know it. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Jordan is probably dumb for saying this because he’s bringing up ancient history and associating his name with the possibility that he did this. This thread is a perfect example. No one here thought Jordan was a bad kid or discipline problem before today. We just thought he was a good player who had injury issues. Nothing more. Maybe too much social media. But that’s it. Now we are associating his name with partying too much

Didn’t the former players say they showed up hungover/drunk to practice & workouts…(now if this happens a lot it’s a problem & player needs help)I wouldn’t call them losers come on man…Alcoholic yes loser naw..

It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt.

Didn’t they do something similar to Gerald Willis as far as bad mouthing him to scouts?
