Unless I missed something, I didn't see any personal information posted in that thread. Genron didn't have a problem lying about Duke and TH3 and bringing them into his business.

Good to see a Miami site and its writers all protect an anti-Miami guy like Genron.

I am new to this site but this reaction by the board mods is a little troubling. The Facebook posts by Drummond is the lowest and most despicable thing I have ever seen a supposed coach do. I could understand their position if all there was was innuendo and rumors about Genron, but when this guy goes on Facebook to bash UM and lies about what players said as confirmed by Peter Ariz then I don't get it.

I can't imagine a coach in Tuscaloosa sliming players or the Alabama institution like that and not getting heat from the fans and the school and the fan sites. I just can't see that happening.

THIS......Yet, said mod will continue to insinuate that Golden doesn't have what it takes to recruit SFL, all the while providing shelter to the thugs that are making things difficult for him. Pete is a little too sweet with these handlers and he's let them taint his objectivity.

How ever I just googled this Drummond/genron dude and found posts on other sites where fans other then cane fans slamming this dude for being a shady street agent. I read Peter's thread this morning about Genron lies. and it was very informative and straight to the point. Up until 3 days ago I had no idea who Genron/ Drummond was until I read this site. Now I am reading about this dude all over the place and the more I read the more dislike him, not because of innuendo or rumors but because of his own words and posts.

I have ZERO problem with $ deleting the "Genron Letter" thread, I get that. I have a problem with Pete and his infatuation with the sleezy SFL recruiting leeches and constantly taking up for them. He's has consistently given a voice (interviews) and support to these douche bags and it's finally come to a head. If you haven't been able to recognize this trend, then you've been living in a cave for the past year.

A bunch of grown *** men from a fan site complaining to a coach's boss can ONLY come across as petty and vindictive no matter how shady Genron is and how right or wrong you are. The only people that can change this situation are those with the most vested interest in this process: the kids, their parents, the schools that recruit them, and the bumbling stumbling NCAA.

Imagine the crap we'd be giving Warchant if they behaved like what went on here tonight. I'll bet they're laughing their asses off at us.

You obviously haven't followed this site long enough to understand Pete's infatuation with these scum bags. ****, read the Valentine thread from two short weeks ago.....lovin' on Genron. He interviewed (and published) Uncle Luke and Ice Harris interviews very shortly after they PUBLICLY ripped the staff in the media. Those two are cream puffs compared to Genron, however, still no friends of the program.

Pete shouldn't "avoid" these guys. By all means, get all the info. you can from them, however, grasp a little perspective on who/what you're dealing with. And please god quit giving these program bashers a platform.

Contact info for Genron's employer is public information. When Genron posted on Facebook the lies about Duke and Howard, that too became public information. So I'm not seeing where the invasion of privacy or any other problem comes in.

Sorry, but if it results on the destruction of his life, then that's on him and his choices, not on anyone who got him fired. Anyone doing a bad job or partaking in shady activities should be fired from their job, period. Someone calling that to the attention of the person's boss isn't the one that "destroyed his life", the person doing the deeds is the one destroying his life by making the choices that he did.
