There has since been a guidance from the NCAA that says only the first school to sign a prospect to financial aid paperwork can have unlimited recruiting access and publicize the recruit as a signee.

Thanks for the correction. I would’ve sworn that you couldn’t mention a recruit until he was actually signed with the school, not just the aid paperwork.

No joke.. Can anyone tell me why Rashada's "hang-up" isn't a clear NCAA violation? Because **** them and especially the SEC. I'd gladly turn them in.
