If this indeed is the case, then there is 0% doubt that Sling Blade Billy committed a recruiting violation.
This isnt a recruiting violation. Financial aid paperwork allows school unlimited recruiting access and allowed to publicize the recruit. Been that way since 2012 or something. Dalvin Cook signed with all 3 Florida schools to allow his recruitment go into the dead period.

There has since been a guidance from the NCAA that says only the first school to sign a prospect to financial aid paperwork can have unlimited recruiting access and publicize the recruit as a signee.

So you think if he signed the aid agreement instead of the NLI it wouldn’t have leaked out already? They said he signed…there was concern because there was a delay but Billy would be straight up putting out fake news.

Thanks for the correction. I would’ve sworn that you couldn’t mention a recruit until he was actually signed with the school, not just the aid paperwork.

Not to derail but could this be the cause of the confusion with cormani "signing" and then enrolling in the summer?
