I can't argue with your logic. As much as I hate the gaytor, an F$U loss means neither plays in a bowl game and then F$U still has to play ULM. Even better would be gaytors lose to F$U and F$U loses to ULM.

Even if F$U wins these games and becomes bowl eligible, are they guaranteed a bowl game with 6 wins?

They are.

Unfortunately I don't see FSU losing this game. Although with rivalry games you just don't know.

I look at each unit for both teams and FSU still has a really dominant D-line, and it's not like FSU's behind the 8-ball with QB this game compared to their counter part. I'm not hoping UF wins in this scenario, like another poster said, I'm hoping for a sloppy embarrassing game.

Yeah, I think there is absolutely no way FSU comes away with a L. If the gaytes show up for one game, maybe it will be this one.
 
What sucks is if FSU becomes bowl eligible they're gonna be sent to a decent bowl game because they're a name school. They should be playing FAU at Tropicana Field or something like that, but they won't be.

Definitely rooting for FSU to lose this weekend.

no matter how much you hate UF this is an absolute no brainer. a win does nothing for UF but a loss just makes things worse for FSU.

It will get their hopes up and they can say they got over FSU this year as well. Though if it gets Randy hired as their full time head coach I can take that.

Even though it would be nice for FSU to miss out on a Bowl game, Idk if I can hope to see the Gaytes win.

I just hate UF so much the only real scenario where I would ever "root" for them is if them winning a game somehow guaranteed us a playoff spot. Like if they beat team X we're in.

Otherwise, I always root against the Gaytors no matter what. I hate FSU for sure no question, but I hate UF with a passion, like on some West Bank Gaza Strip type **** lol.

I'm with you on that. My hatred for the Gators is visceral, it is beyond reason. While intellectually I can say that I am hoping FSU loses, deep in my heart, my soul, I cannot bring myself to wish well for the Gators in any manner. So for this game, I will have to live with that disconnect, and hope the worst for FSU, in my head, but if the Gators lose, it will warm my heart.
 
I don’t care WHAT it means or doesn’t mean for the Noles this old man ain’t pulling for a UFAG win..no way no how I don’t care if it meant the noles would win the NC I AINT PULLING FOR THE TURDS...SORRY!!!!!

I'm with you as well. While I hate FSU there is some begrudging respect there. But my hate for UF is beyond reasoning, my heart burns with hate for them. The only time I was able to root for UF in my life was when they faced the only team my hate is even higher for, the Suckeyes!

I find it hard to believe that UCLA didn’t have some kind of contact with Kelly that made them believe he was coming there.Why else would a booster step up and pledge 6 million at that point to immediately pay off Mora’s buyout when waiting till the end of the season and starting a search then wouldn’t have made much difference.

If he doesn’t sign with a UCLA it would be the biggest surprise this season,unless another west coast job comes open like say Oregon State.
