Over a YEAR???...ITS BEEN YEARS...................he was a YOUTH FOOTBALL STAR.....add to it he played and friends with current guys we are offering now...Guys like Chris Lammons, Corey Holmes etc...those are guys hes played with since youth days...and they already got their offers.

Imma be honest i have no clue whats the hold up...every time ive seen the kid play he looked like a standout..hes a SAFETY...that has been playing 2 plus years at cb...He's the prototypical boundary corner for our scheme. His dad has been coaching hm up @ db for years..technique wise hes a beast..hes physical..has A+ size...He already has 28 offers.

Hes a cane lock..so maybe their weighing the options out..because they expect him to commit when he receives it...if he makes it out of the next al golden camp or through THIS spring eval with no offer...imma have to REALLY question who is evaluating our db recruiting.

I love how you say he is a youth football star like you went to the games.....he played quarterback for west pines untill high school hahaha, even so I want him to have a offer but if he doesn't get one he doesn't get one. Hopefully it doesn't come back to bite us in the ***. Physical football player that puts in work And looks to get better everyday. Doesn't care who he is going against.

i coached at Miramar Optomist when he played at West Pines. He was throwing the ball to Corey Holmes...wr for STA...who has a um offer. Those West Pines team were good...

Sam Bruce certainly jumped off the screen. He went by that kid like he was standing still.

I know you know that Bruce last name....Issac Bruce i think is either his uncle or dad. Kid is refined and a young buck ..think a sophomore.

i know him juwan martin lajuan all those guys can play, but im just trying to say from personal expierence i dont think quincy was any where near as talented as he is now as when he played optomist

yeah he's really a freshman, him and Emmanuel soto should be the top two receivers for Sean White next year. U school looking to repeat

Soto is a VERY polished wide receiver. Knowing him for a while personally the kid works hard and likes being underrated but I don't see Miami taking him or another high level BCS school. Plays a lot like Cunnigham. Runs great routes, catches everything and can go up at the highest point and get the ball. Runs a high/mid 4.5 but isn't really explosive coming off the line. He creates separation and is a crafty receiver, I don't see him being taken but don't be surprised to see go be productive at a school like Wake Forest, UCF, or Louisville. He might go with his former quarterback Nick Jeanty (from AMHS now plays at Miramar) to a school. The two play really well together. Jeanty is the backup for SFE I'm pretty sure

After looking at the video I take a few things back that I said previously..

1) ***** Yearby. Sony is a MUST GET! OMG! That kid looks like a college RB at the NFL combine! What a specimen. If Yearby wants in we say NO and we wait for Sony!

2) ANYBODY and I repeat ANYBODY who goes toe to toe and stride for stride with the #1 WR in the country (Ermon Lane) needs an offer. Quincy stayed stride for stride and if that ball was inbounds would have made a play on it. Any doubts about his hips and fluidity need to be reconsidered. Is he Artie burns? No. But **** he looks like a CB to me. He reminds me of Mike Rumph out of HS. And Rumph was the #1 CB in the nation out of HS and a superstud. What is the difference?

3) Ermon Lane is the truth. Alot faster then I thought. These camps will help him refine his skills I think.
 
FWIW Sam Bruce is a 14/15 year 5'7/8 freshman dunking it on the goal post

You can't just look at his film. You have to watch this kid play. Physically dominant and a different type of DB than what we have currently. Great confidence which is key at Corner. I do think he might project better at Safety long term. But at CB he's better than a few guys we have on the roster. Kid deserves an offer. To add to his nearly 30 D1 offers. Can't wait too long on kids like this.
