I have no idea why people say banners and website hurt recruiting. In the last couple of weeks, a member of the board of trustees - these are the people who run the whole institution - said our players aren't very good, and, more recently, someone very close to the staff said our safeties basically suck. We have a staff and an administration that throws kids under the bus and trashes them in public - these are the same kids specifically recruited to play at UM - but people think fans who demand better hurt recruiting?

Why would a kid want to play at a school where the administration and coaching staff will say you suck after they've successfully recruited you to play at the school?

It's because they are stupid and have zero understanding of what public pressure can do to a organization of any type, let alone one where the public is as involved as football. If we all had the attitude of these soft willed pussies then what would get done? Why would the administration fire anybody? Clearly a subpar product on the field isn't enough to force change so we as fans need to step up and help force that change. We have a roll to play and kudos to everyone who is helping in embarrassing the administration. Sometimes you gotta take a step backwards to take 2 steps forward and firing a coach is that situation.

While I don't buy the whole racism angle I'd certainly back it's inclusion if it pressured the admin to make a move. Part of me thinks they'd get us back by rehiring Shannon.

Whats the difference if it happens this year? 2015? or 2016? You'll have to deal with the recruits at some point. Right now we have to worry about the recruits doubting this staff will develop them and allow them to actually play.

Your clueless if you think this man will turn things around. They didn't fire him last year and we lost several recruits... if we continue to play like sh*t we will lose recruits this year too. We will lose them anyway. Lets get rid of this clown and his clown show bring in a boss and profit.

El Foldo didn't care about recruits when he tried to dip off to Pedohilia. It's the last resort for these losers. They are not developing these kids so why worry about who they bring in. There is nothing special about the class, a new coach as years to salvage 2016. Fire fat AL Golden now....please

Guy's just make sure everything is cited correctly, like that we show these are acrcredited sources and we're not making these things up. Plus it avoids having to take things down due to plagarism.
 
Here are some more facts for the new site:
1. Folden is a big, fat, sweaty, duplicitous, lying, finger-pointing, buck-passing, low expectation-having, trying-to-run-off-to-Ped State-in-the-middle-of-the-night loser.
2. UM is a pack of dirty racists if they don't fire this white devil after firing his superior black predecessor.

Watching out for recruits is only the fans' job. El Foldo can **** on them by trying to run off to ped state and by continually blaming them publicly for every loss or bad performance.
 
I am curious what exactly do you do Franchise for a living or are you still in junior high school?
 
There is no racism at all. We had a black football coach when very few had and have had numerous black basketball coaches. Again this site is a JOKE.

Every program might fire it's coach in a year.

These recruits take a risk to whatever school they commit to.

How can UM justify keeping the white outsider, who begged another program to hire him a couple months ago, longer than the black UM guy who is a better football and who produced better results?
