My cliff notes (football related only):
- Rad talks like an executive/CEO type. So much more qualified and skilled than our previous AD.
- Finite number of dollars you can make from football tickets. Continue to create revenue streams (ticket sales, sponsorships, etc.) to limit dollars coming from institution.
- Facilities update: football locker room now, deep dive into rest of facilities. Expansion of indoor facility to 100 yards. Sometime this summer, we want to have a facility plan that has been looked at and given approvals by committees. Then, they can share with fan base to raise money etc.
- 11 total football coaches are allowed. Not aware of Mario adding any more coaches.
- Space wise: we don't have acres and acres to work with. Need to be more conscious.

I’m going to put u in the minds of a young kid. I’m posting a vlog of the #8 WR in the nation, Johntay Cook, & his recent visit to Bama.

The reason I’m posting it in the Facilities thread is b/c his recruitment is done in the facilities. Hopefully this will help some of the older fans who don’t quite get why we’re building up our facilities, & why a booster is trying to get us our own stadium.

Also, I love how he low key clowned their food towards the end, too. LMAO. But it’s an arms race, and we must keep up. Rad & Mario both know, which is y pushes r being made.

It's the bling generation. Been saying it for a long time. It isn't every recruit, but when all things are equal, a shiny facility could be the difference.

Think of it like two similar houses, one has nice furniture, but one is over the top decked out. Most adults are going with the decked out home, same with the recruits.

It's just another tool.
