Eduoard to Tenn?

I know Edouard gets killed bc of his **** tweets constantly but honestly a bunch of you guys are wanting the wrong quarterback to decommit. Is Alin as good as Kaaya? **** no. I think we're all in agreement on that but I really do think he's got a bigger upside than Rosier.

I know Coley likes Rosier for whatever his reasons are but I don't see it. I know I don't get paid to evaluate and recruit but this is a message board so what would this place be without second guessing and conjecture? lulz My point is that Edouard is an easy target bc of his social media antics but I know I'm not alone in thinking that he's better than Rosier. Rosier is bigger and I know Coley likes that but Edouard has a beautiful smooth release and if he improves his footwork I think he'll be able to be quite accurate with pretty good arm strength for a college quarterback. Bottom line I think Edouard is a hands down better prospect than Rosier so I think as a group we're trying to throw out the wrong guy.

I agree Eduoard is a better prospect than Rosier, and I don't want to "throw him out", I want him to stay, but only if he can show a bit of leadership and toughness. So far, he's been sorely lacking in both of those departments, which are extremely important for a QB. I'd love to see him stop acting like a needy woman who has to have constant attention, and act like not only a football player, but the kind of football player that leads a team. He's got the raw physical skills. Time for him to show he's got the rest.

Sometimes in recruiting you have to read between the lines. That's why, on this site we're constantly using the mantra, "There's Levels to this Stuff." Alin Edouad may be receiving subtle encouragement from this staff to look around. There's many ways for a staff to do that BTW.

Think about this: In a class where it was expected they would take two QBs, they took the commitment of a 3rd QB who has a very similar skillset to Alin Edouard. I cant hate on a kid for looking out for his own best interests.

Again, Im expecting him to end up at Louisville.

Here's the difference.

Kaaya is way out west and Alin lives within 10 miles of campus?

Kaaya has taken the bull by the horns and is displaying his leadership. Kaaya is working hard to create friendships with other guys we are recruiting. He is trying to help Golden and the staff.

Alin is a crybaby attention ***** who hasn't done one thing to show that he is dedicated to UM or that he is a true leader. Remember how many guys he was going to talk to about being Canes?

These are attributes that I look for in a QB. The QB has to be a leader, he has to be unselfish, he has to put the welfare of the team first even if he is not cast into the spotlight.

Sick of these S. Fla divas. Hope we can start winning big again so we can tell them all to go fly a kite somewhere else.

he did recruit guys to the u...Yearby stated it before....

But seriously how the heck do u recruit peeps to a school that maybe isnt interested in u..(his feelingsmost of the spring)....

To be honest i could care less....im higher on Edoard than Rozier....but its other fla qbs i would of taken over the both of them.

Such as Quinton Fowers? Sean White?

Treon Harris, and i would watch Chase Litton/Sean White during season.

I totally agree , wish edouard would stay in this class , but when you put add things up together , he's not wrong for leaving at all .

Look Kaaya committed to UM and has been going 100 miles an hour for the team ever since....

Eduoard had already been committed and i think Kaaya knew who Eduoard was and challenged him for "the throne" sort of speak. Its been all Kaaya ever since.

Its the main reason why I think Kaaya is going to be special.... he aint try to play buddy buddy with Eduoard, Kaaya sees him as competition and has been acting like hes in a alpha male leadership competition. You dont see the other QB Rozier trying to step on Kaayas toes either do you.... thats b/c ABKK(Anybody Killa Kaaya) aint f**kn around.

I think Eduoard truly wants to be a Cane but he sees the writing on the wall and i cant blame him.

No hard feelings at all if the kid left. Probably best for both parties. He goes somewhere you wants him and we get use his ship on the defensive side of the ball where we need it most.

Not to beat a dead horse, but a friend at Baylor says Alin sent them his highlight reel and is trying to get a spot there. Working with Art Briles might actually be really good for the guy.

It cn be great for him I mean right now any qb they touch in that spread kills it, especially RG111 and how many times did people on here say he can hopefully be our RG3

Let him go. With space being limited, both in the class and the overall totals, another defensive recruit is much more valuable then someone who will be a 6th or 7th string qb when he gets here. For the next 3-4 years it will be Olsen and Kaaya battling it out, not to mention the inevitable 4 star recruit coming in each of the coming years.
With an 85 player scholarship cap do we really need 6-7-8 backup quarterbacks?

I honestly would have more respect for the kid if he just decommited and officially re-opened his recruitment. It's glaringly obvious that he will not be in this class and I have no ill will towards Alin, I just don't want anymore drama.

I have no respect for him but that would be more professional and honest.

Wow, why do we care what is good for him?

Why not? Because he is a 17 year old kid who has a future ahead of him. Why would I wish ill on him? You say this, then you say you have "no respect for him". Why is that? He committed, school gave him cold shoulder, he is in process of moving on. Why would YOU, a totally unrelated third party to all of this, have diminished respect for a 17 year old kid? What an immature, boneheaded approach. The guy did nothing to you, but you are one step away from wishing him ill. I have no ties to Alin whatsoever, but god****, for a grown man to be talking about a kid like that, you really got your panties in a twist about him huh?

Why not? It just didnt work with the kid and it happens literally at every school he's going to move on and so will the staff no hard feelings

peace be with you Alin.

a couple months more of this dude's one foot out the door crap and it'll be "peace the **** out already!!!"

Are we really still discussing this stuff?

The kid is currently committed to us, he said he would recruit for us and according to this site (I believe) he is 100% committed.

None of the above is true because he has

1. Propped up every other school, including our rivals,
2. Not recruited or at least has not shown this Pro-UM message, and
3. Still is honoring or discussing other schools

So that is why I have no respect for him. He is a QB, not a WR. He has to show more and if he wants to, go somewhere else and decommit.
