DONT KILL THE MESSENGER

I don't hate Huey Jackson at all. He reminds me of a Pete Carroll/Jim Mora type of hire. Successful NFL guy with a big personality who recruits would love. He's got a great fiery personality, and he can coach.

Winning 8 with the Raiders is like winning 13-15 with a legit organization.

Some of y'all are really ****ting on a guy who may be the hottest candidate for every NFL opening this off-season?

Lol

I'm on record as thinking Hue will take the Dolphins job. But if he wanted the Hurricanes' job, we should give it to him.

Are some of y'all really questioning if he could run a college program? Questioning if he knows how to hire a staff?

So, y'all think an NFL team would just let him "wing it"? Lol

Joe philbin coached an NFL team. By your logic he would kill it here.

By your logic Pete Carroll would've been an awful hire, beens he failed first two jobs in the nfl

Philbin coaching at Miami in the ACC? Probably would have won 10 games every season. 24-28 as Dolphins coach. Golden is 31-23 as Canes coach and I would say at least 7 or 8 of those wins were against teams like Bethune, FAU, USF. I don't think people realize how historically bad Al Golden is. Joe Philbin is Vince Lombardi compared to fat Al..

Jackson would be a great hire, love him in Cincy. Great coach here...
But I don't think he would leave the NFL.
I still say this is floated out to take heat off golden and change the subject so to speak

4th most losses in program history. Easily the worst coach ever here. Without looking at the list right now, I'd imagine all 3 ahead of him are pre Lou Saban.

Not really. Marvin Lewis is a defensive coach ... The Bengals' offense is all Hue Jackson.

Philbin didn't call plays for Green Bay. I always thought he was a bad hire. No surprise that he failed.

Lol at people saying "do not want" don't worry you ****gots you won't get him as the coach he's going to take an NFL job look at the bengals offense this year. But some of you are way over your head if you really saying "no thanks" on a coach like this
