Is there anything that actually proves that players want to transfer out (more than the typical amount that leave every year) other than Duke Johnson's mom writing on Facebook?

There's only one thing that matters at this point. It's the hiring of the new president. Donna has created complete dysfunction within the athletic department. We have an AD who is either clueless or powerless or quite possibly both. We have a BOT that is fractured and incompetent when it comes to football. We have a president that doesn't give a **** because she's on her way out. Nobody is at the helm. We're just adrift at sea, nobody guiding the ship.

A lot of people are worried about Golden getting 8 wins next year and being retained. That worry should go away if the new president is worth a crap. The new pres needs to clean house and implement a power structure that works. Hire a real AD and let him do his job. That way faqqots like Stuart Miller and **** Fain can go back to watching their ***** get smaller and get the fuq away from our football program.

Where else is a BOT this involved in the process and the AD is just a puppet?
 
One reason Blake could come across so powerless is the way the BOT agreed to Al's contract before Blake even got here. You can be assured that UM gave Al whatever he wanted as they were desperate with the cloud. Blake could of just been dealt a ****** hand for all we know.

I don't get the hate for Blake. He doesn't have the power to make a change even if he wanted to.
 
The athletic department is like a **** mom and pop shop compared to big time state schools. It's a trainwreck. There's no definitive power structure. There's obviously very few competent members on the board when it comes to athletics. The athletic director is a puppet.

A great president hires a great A.D., gives him full control over all fundraising/hiring/ etc decisions, and then just gets out of the way.


What we have right now is chaos and dysfunction. It's pathetic. They're like a crappy high school compared to well run state institutions.

It did and he is reputable but we are hearing nothing some people who have no info are just saying golden us coming back which is logical but I'm NOT GIVING UP!! He doesn't wanna be hear and he needs be a man and resign or accept the buyout given(depending on who you hear lol).. BBB
