Honest questions... I don't see our athletes as physically developed as other programs, not as explosive. I see our players don't get injured as often which is positive
Do we have a problem at S&C?
Is it the athletes the other programs are recruiting?
Are other programs using "substances" we are not utilizing?
if you have to force that, then your problem is more fundamental. players who don’t use the off-season to improve, replace them, transfer out, pull ship. if we can’t create competition or culture then look in the mirror.S/C is not a issue you can’t force players to lift in the off season. That’s the teal issue.
Look at zion nelson. Jafari harveyno we have an elite athlete problem. We don’t have enough of them. Look what Feeley did with Phillips. Get more Phillips and Feeley looks even better.
They also look stronger and hit harder when they are confident in what they are doing and can play aggressive without thinking. That is coaching.S&C always looks better with better players and athletes
Donaldson was blue chip until he ate himself into a wheelchairNo just more top of the line blue chip talent
The training table explanation wasn’t heard a lot around UM when our kids were getting drafted in the first round.Really funny y'all are talking about S&C when anyone who's ever attempted to lift a weight in their life knows physique is at least 80% nutrition. AT LEAST.
Feeley isn't in charge of what every player on the team eats for every meal.
Donaldson always been big. Dude came on campus as a freshmen at like 380. Don’t know why y’all act so shocked by his weight now.Donaldson was blue chip until he ate himself into a wheelchair
And one thing Richt accomplished was improved training table facilities. On staff nutrition team, etc. IIRC.The training table explanation wasn’t heard a lot around UM when our kids were getting drafted in the first round.

it’s a culture issue. how many times does that have to be said? And one thing Richt accomplished was improved training table facilities. On staff nutrition team, etc. IIRC.
