Did anyone expected Richt to lost the fanbase this fast?

3 years 4 qb changes and he still looking for his perfect QB and want to tell us Rozier is the best chance we have? I just see a panic move in order to refuse to acknowledge his failure as OC and QB coach

*Facepalms* what he is saying that our schedule is 90%ACC teams. Meaning in the grand scheme of all our offense and defense should be ranked high in all of college football bc we play ACC teams. Get it?

If he's not the leader and not the answer then why did richt recruit him?
 
Richt hasn’t lost the fan base he lost CIS. And CIS isn’t much to cry home about losing. CIS is made up of a bunch of guys who made it as far as JV and think they actually know football. Because if they did, they wouldn’t be on their couch behind a keyboard, they would be on staff somewhere. But they’re not.
 
We're in year 3 and:

1. He can't field a decent offensive line
2. He hasn't found a QB
3. Is using a Golden scrap at QB
4. Is an atrocious OC
5. Can't call plays worth a shlt
6. Is 5-5 in his last 10

I'm pleasantly surprised our fans have turned on him, and it's all justified. After 90% of this board road Golden's big sweaty funbags until the bitter end I am very proud of the fan base seeing a coach sucks and calling them out.

This dude was fired by another big progrum for a reason.
 
He didn't lose the fan base. People are now questioning him more than ever.He is most certainly on the verge of losing the fan base. His handling of the QB situation and the offense has been so bad that fans have started to lose trust in him. But I think he can turn it around. Make the necessary changes, Hire and OC, Fire Searels, Fire Jon Richt. And lets start making plays that actually help our Offense instead of hurt it.

Nope, did not see it coming. In hindsight probably should of. I think he could be a decent head coach here if he made some tough decisions to fix the O, getting a real OC and QB coach, probably needs to replace OL and ST coach as well. I highly doubt he’s going to do any of those things and certainly not remove himself and his son from the O. He still had my support after the LSU debacle but after this VA disaster, I’m out. I’m out, till takes the actions necessary. This fn offense is so bad and getting worse with each year he is OC. How the **** can you have the #1 defense in the nation and still suck so bad? How the **** can you be in your 3 rd year as head coach/OC and Rosier is still your QB. It screams of incompetence, laziness or both.

Not sure why u think a different QB is gonna make that much of a difference.

He did almost everything there except win a national title. He's backk home when players that are born and bred with a championship mindset, to many times he had to try and manufacter that while he was at UGA, he doesnt have to do that here, just has to make sure that guys are putting the work in.

Let's do better people, this progrwm is being built back up to what it should be one recruiting class at a time. The college football world already knows its just a matter of time, once this offense starts being consistent, and special teams improve, hello playoffs.

Your right, the D is much improved. Diaz has done a helluva job. To bad his counterpart on the offensive side of the ball is so bad.

Right now, this team has regressed in 2 out of 3 phases of the game. Regressed significantly in each of this regimes 3 seasons.

There has been absolutely nothing done to correct this. That’s not the hallmark of a well coached team.

Are you analyzing the roster properly, sometimes when you in the process of building something you might have to take a step or two back before you can go forward. Your outlooj on this team/program is slanted, 1st yr 9 & 4 bowl win, 2nd yr 10 & 3, acc championship appearance, could easily have won the bowl game if refs didnt start looking the other way. This year, we've only lost 2games so far, so what exactly have you seen regress if the overall record progressed!

Exactly. Guys on here are acting like Diaz came along and hired himself to coach the defense. Richt shouldn't get any credit for the defense, right?

Of course, a lot of those same guys were ready to fire Diaz after the LSU game, so...

The mob is fickle man, they are week to week UM fans, have no clue what's best for this program. Criticizing coach richt at this juncture shows how ungrateful alot of these newjacks are!
