Corn Elder laughs at "South Florida" talent

Good to know that continous united states of ******* america produces more NFL talent than South Florida. Would not have figured that out without the help of a true genius like CaneBraneless. Everyone go home now. He's made the point that closes the thread.

The level of stupidity between the per capita graph post and then AntwanJ backing him up on the following post is a level never before seen on Canesinsight--and we have CaneAlmighty posting here.

Caneinthemushmouth, feels south Florida players are divas. I wonder what else he feels, when his ****** starts leaking.

Yeah I think when you commit to handlers and not schools, when a 17 year old high school kid has a signing ceremony thinking he's Lebron James, when you play all these bs recruiting games, and when you show up on campus and you tackle like a pingpong ball, can't get off a block, but you still want to talk about Ed Reed and Sean taylor.... yeah that makes you a diva.

You don't like hearing the truth, that's on you. I don't give a **** I'm be honest.

Only South Florida recruits have handlers. Only South Florida recruits play recruiting games.

Arthur and Bryce Brown didn't have a handler and certainly played no games. Seantrel certainly didn't have a hectic recruitment. Only down here.

These ******* kids. How do we reach these keeds with all their Diva tactics. They'll never be smart enough to understand a true mastermind like Dorito.

It's hard to argue with the well thought out inferences, from a true genius like CaneintheMembrane. Especially, when you know they're being argued on the premise of South Florida Divaness.

People have been band on CIS for all kinds of dumb reasons yet somehow these two mongoloids get to keep porsting and porsting and porsting.

It must just be a crazy coincidence that bomb and titancane are protected here just like they were at grassy.

STFU jesus Christ. You want to ban everyone with a different opinion from yours that just shows how weak your arguments really are.

Oh noes.... someone is saying that maybe PART of the reason we've sucked for the last decade is because the South Florida advantage isn't what it used to be. Maybe there's a lot of blame to go around from top to bottom and it isn't 100% all on one cause like Dorito.

maybe he shares the blame with a lot of people.

Can't have anyone saying that. Ban 'em!

Actually no. For the most part I'm anti-moderation. But since CIS mods seem to love banning WEZ posters, I think it's funny they let you and titancane, oops I mean AntawnJ, vomit all over threads like this one.

Criticize Golden = BAND. Rip South Florida players and imply they are too stupid to understand proper coaching = accepted opinion.

Never said or implied they were too stupid, see that's you putting words in my mouth again. I said they were divas. Used to be they had that dog in them, back when Miami as a city was a cesspool and burning to the ground like every week with riots and drug crime. Those kids had a different edge to them. Today's kids are soft by comparison. Biggest problem today's kids have is if they're a 4 star or a 5 star on rivals.

And for the record, I'm on the "fire everyone" train. I want all the coaches gone, I want Blake James gone, I want Donna Shalala gone, I want Swasey gone, I want the BOT gone, I want the handlers and the shady high school coaches gone, I want the 7 on 7's and the recruiting services gone...... FIRE EVERYBODY. That's my take.

CaneMembrane might be the dumbest of the dumb.

You keep saying "the south". Well if you want to compare a tri county area to a NINE STATE area, that in itself is retarded. But to not include the fact that within our SoFla tri county are there is ONE power conference school. Us. In "the south" you have UGA, GT, USCe, Clemson, Ole Miss, MSU, Bama, Auburn, LSU, Arky, Tenn, Vandy, UK, Louisville, UNC, NC State, Duke, and Wake. FSU and UF are closer to "the south" than the tri county area.

When this school has a real coach, he can take any number of SFla kids and win 10 games minimum. And then bc the team is a winner it shuts the fences up and we get any kid from our area we want, while those 20 schools battle it out in "the south". ******* clueless.

Yep, they don't have that "dog" in them anymore--but they keep filling up NFL and college rosters.

They don't have that "dog" in them when they are playing for a passive corch like Golden, yet somehow that "dog" seems to show up when they play for other coaches.

So basically his point is, 9 states can outproduce 1 state. Or multiple states can outproduce a single region? So USC shouldn't worry about California because there's a great big country out there that produces way more talent then California? I'm literally confused on this guy's point and I can't grasp it at all lol

Don't worry, neither can they. They have no clue what they're even arguing at this point.

OK one last try to attempt to explain this to you guys. Here's the total number of NFL players by state.

1. California 225
2. Florida 186
3. Texas 184
4. Georgia 95
5. Ohio 74
6. New Jersey 63
7. Louisiana 62
8. Pennsylvania 58
9. South Carolina 54
10. Virginia 50
11. Alabama 48
12. North Carolina 46
13. Michigan 43
14. Illinois 37
15. Tennessee 35
16. Mississippi 32
17. New York 28
18. Maryland 25
19. Missouri 24
20. Wisconsin 22

Mmmmkay. Now look man, if you want to compare the "whole south" to the state of florida, the count is totally lopsided in favor of the south. The score is 398 - 186.

But but but.... Florida is #2 on the list, surely we have so much talent. Well, Florida is a big *** state. We have three big universities here eating up all that talent. So divide our 186 by 3 = 62.

I'm sure I've already lost most of you.

62 players. Compare that to 74 in the state of Ohio, which is owned by OSU. Compare that to Pennsylvania, which is owned by Penn State. Compare that to Georgia, which has 95.

SMH

Hey man, I get it. Times are tough. Not a lot to feel hopeful about. The last thing a lot of us have is the hope that we have some talent advantage and if we just get the right coach in, we can dominate again like in 2001.

Me coming out with facts and **** just twists the knife, I totally get the negs and whatnot.

But facts are facts man. We're not at a disadvantage, but we don't have this huge advantage people seem to think we do. We're in the mix, even with schools like Ohio State, Penn State, Alabama, Auburn, Texas AM, Georgia, Ole Miss, USC, etc on the recruiting potential front.

Yeah OldManCAne, we don't have an advantage people seem to think we do even though in the last 3 years there's been 57 players from the tri-county area drafted into the NFL.

LMAO there have been 672 players drafted over the last 3 years. That's about 8% coming from South Florida, which is about what you would expect given the chart up there ^^^.

How many players did the state of Louisiana, the state of Ohio, the state of Georgia have drafted respectively?

We don't have an advantage man.

We don't have an advantage man.

8% of the players drafted in the last 3 years came from a 3 county region within an hour and a half of UM? Incredible statistics.

Go to bed OldManCAne. You're a ******* joke. You're the same guy who said Allen Hurns was a "participation trophy" player.

You guys are stuck on the regionalization issue, as though we have to pick an area to recruit from. Look at it this way: there are FAR more NFL players who aren't from Miami than who are from Miami. The average NFL team has 1 or 2 players from south Florida. Yet people are acting as though we have to have a roster full of Dade kids.

Compare Miami to the United States, not to one other city or region. When you do that, you see that Miami contributes about 3% of the players in the NFL. The rest of the world, which you want to ignore, provides the rest.

This post is hilarious too.

Nah guys, college football isn't a regional sport and programs don't tend to recruit the majority of their players from the surrounding areas.
