His talent level isn't the greatest- it's only his second year. The man has quickly gotten Kentucky turned around to a "respectable" level for their standards, and it's year 2 not 4.

He knows this area. He is recruiting kids to Kentucky! He will stack the talent here.

Him and Coley would be a match made in heaven here.

He would definitely retain Coley too. They worked together at FSU. He would also try and bring back Barrow if he is able to return. He would probably retain Ice, Beard, Baez. He would probably bring someone like T Rob as well and then fill in the rest of the staff with his guys. Sounds like a legitimate staff that these kids could excel under.
