Class Impact: Jared Harrison-Hunte to Miami

Great pickup by Jess, gives us very good depth 8-9 deep at DT (if he can get anything out of Tyriec Martin lol)

Everybody thinks it will be impossible to replace Willis, but I think with Silvera, Chigozie, Ford, Bethel, Miller & adding 3 young pups in Blissett, Holley & Harrison-Hunte that will give us plenty of depth to supplement a potential stout line.

Hopefully we get Hill from Va Tech to solidify DE depth, but even so still our front 7 DL & LB corp will still be strong this year.

No, I'm not expecting any of the TF DT's to play right away, but at the very least 1 of them can play there way into getting some snaps. They'll all play 3 or 4 games & redshirt if everyone ahead of them is healthy all year, but we'll see.

Either way, Welcome To The U! 🙌🏾
I hope our LB core is strong vs good competition....I'll wait to judge them after the UF game.... don't understand how they always get lost in traffic? good LBs get to the ball....I thought Shaq would be relentless like Devin Bush that kid attacked the football like a true predator....I hope Shaq takes his game to another level this year and become the player we thought he would be...

Everybody should be jumping for joy over Hunte and the rest of our D line class. Freak athlete. Bring Hill and Phillips and we have the best d line class in the country. Thats what win championships my friends. We should always have 8 Dts and 8 DEs on our roster.

Id love the VT Dt that went to Bishop Gorman also. Were losing 2 Dts next year. Have to think ahead.

Good pickup but the #32 ranked class. What a joke

Where've you been?
Our class has been sitting in the 30's for a few months now.

We finish out the class, and we'll up in the mid to low 20's.
No one is happy about this but given the way this year has gone and adding in the transfers, i'll take it.

Such a natural, NYC kids in Coral Cables. We have not had a ton over the years, but most have been pretty good players. MaGuire, Williams, Edwards, sure I am missing a few. Small pickings there, but good to see us exploiting an advantage we have.

Okay, just look at the number of players

If your a miami fan for the last 15 years and you are responding to me like this, I find them funny!!

born and raised a canes fan in miami and went to the school. facts are miami has spent 4 mill on a coach, 1 plus on an OC (top flight candidate too), and 30 plus on an IPF in recent years. the money argument was fine years ago, but it isnt nearly true right now.

Not anywhere close to top five Jesus Christ the sunshine pumpers are ridiculous

IMO, this class blows away our 2008 class which was way the **** over rated. That class wasn't a well rounded class either like this one is. We're also getting some proven talent. I really like this class. Hopefully a few can play right away which we need to fill some holes. If Tate can play this year we have a better chance against Florida.

Not worried. We won some NCs with some classes ranked in the 20's. Been watching this stuff for decades. Happy with the way this class is turning out. Yes, we missed on some big targets, but still a pretty good class. We have momentum going into next year. Upward trajectory.

I'm all for grabbing more linemen, control the line of scrimmage in the ACC we'll dominate and get close to Clemson. Their QB is just sick though. I was one of those guys calling BS on their coach for taking that other kid out but after watching him in the big games I'm not sure I've seen anyone as good as him for years and he was only a freshman. We've got to get to him! Linemen baby!
