CJ Carr named starting QB for Notre Dame

Listing to some podcast for ND is insane they legit are in shock they went with this kid, but just pass it off and say well Miami's D is awful and Love can run, never factor in the running QB from last year or the fact that this kid hasn't played a snap in college. Baffling

Starting to fall for the hype and thinking we kick they're teeth in. @Peter Ariz starts to believe I'm all the way in!

I'll save you the trouble...

This clown is talking about a bowl game from 15 years ago that we lost by 16...the game in Chicago that Notre Dame had to forfeit due to using ineligible players...and a massive 3-point win in South Bendover...

What’s funny to me is you get guys like this talking about results from 8 or more years ago and in the same breath they discount Miami fans who talk about how challenging the atmosphere may be because that game was you guessed it 8 years ago.

This is exactly what happened in 2017. But with the ND fans going quiet by the second quarter...

We are going to smoke them like 2017
Wish I could be there again as I feel extremely confident Canes about to roll these f@gs again

This guy doesn't get it either. "But but but College Station..."

And if he thinks that ND will beat Miami by only scoring 23 points...

He actually thinks that a January bowl game in Miami is comparable to an August game against the UNIVERSITY OF Miami in Miami...

Yes, there are a lot of college football games played in Liberia and Okinawa...

Good lord..."plenty of leg room in the 4th quarter"? Is he sharing his seat with someone else? WTF?

Looking at these stats, Love really made hay off the soft underbelly of that schedule. And that schedule in general looks pretty dang weak. Outside of Pedo State, Taint and puppies, not a lotta meat there. And is that for real that they only had 3 road games?
Says more about riley leonard and their pass game than it does him

I doubt that CJ Carr has taken 1 hit since he has been at ND. He is having problems without being hit in practice. Now, he's walking into this humidity with the 17 atmosphere and he is going to get hit even with a good OL and I would guess early. ND has great weapons and trenches on O. The best we will face. The most important position will be their weakness, QB. R. Leonard was the go to in short yardage last season. That pulling G and RB lead blockers were a killer. They should have kept Angeli or gotten a vet QB.

This is the key. We are talking about CJ Carr. Not "what the rest of the team did last August in College Station or in January in a bowl game in Miami.

CJ CARR.

THAT GUY
might not be able to handle the noise and the heat and the humidity and the pressure (not the barometric type).

It appears that the opener is not sold out yet. Also - did not realize it only holds 65,000 vs the 107,000 Texas A&M capacity crowd ND faced last year in the opener. Not too worried about the crowd, Miami fans are fair weather fans and will be headed for the exits by the middle of the 3rd Qtr.

If you joined to troll us, good luck with that.

Ask Ian Book how those 65,000 fans sound.

Would that be the game where you were tied until the two minute warning? Last time we played them we had the lead by halftime.
