Not a good thing what’s happening there with Covid. Inevitable but everything going remote is crazy. Total tuition grab.

Hopefully there is a pos in there for football, less live classes.

This is probably one difference you'll see (sans Vandy) in how these inevitable outbreaks are received by the student bodies (or at least swaths of them) in the ACC vs SEC. The campus dynamics are simply different at your UVags and UNCs than they are at other "Southern" schools.

Athletes not being around the rest of the students is the best path forward. Honestly, smart move by the conferences to get everyone back on campus and then pull this.

In the long run, the football team just caught a break. They can now focus on ball and limit exposure with those outside the football family which helps prevent players testing positive during the season.

With our luck, King pops positive during Week 2 and misses the next two games...

Low cost, widely available, rapid saliva test sure seems like the best near term solution to identify and contain this disease.

My very healthy 16 yr old boy got it couple weeks ago, and he’s fine but still not 100%. Hasn’t been back to football practice and has tested neg.
