They tell us what the coaches expect to happen or what the plan is. Cribby said the coaches/staff plan to have a QB committed by Sunday/Monday. Doesn't mean the player they want to commit agreed to that.

There’s enough guys in the portal where they can still pivot but you’re very likely missing out on Howard, etc
