Arroyo - 4 Star #6 TE overall
Skinner - 4 Star #3 TE overall
Williams - 4 Star #3 TE overall

The talent is there, but we don’t throw to our TE’s or use them as much as we should...hopefully that changes this year. My point was, none of these guys are known for their physicality. We needed at least one TE on our roster who can move the pile. As far as receiving TE’s go we have more than enough talent there.

Some of yall have no idea how to build a team. Just the concept of this player type is getting dragged.

Do yall realize like 1/3 of our roster (or more, tbh) were unplayable P5 players last season. Even the ones you liked as high school commitments. It happens. It's fine. But just remember how bad this team was when we got down to that level in our roster...so bad.

You got to raise the floor with a roster with guys that can give you reps and give your roster versatility. Idk if this guy is HIM or not...he seems good for what the projected role for him will be. Just not enough upside like that Memphis TE that went to Ole Miss...which is fine for a last hurrah player.

No offense to the TEs because they were recruited to play off the line in a previous regime...Will Mallory can't block...he wasn't recruited here to block. It was brutal at times, but that was never his game and no one asked him to until Mario got here.
Neither are any of the TEs on the roster outside of Mammerelli. Brantley has k9 DNA so he's a willing and has been an effective blocker...but he's not an in-line guy.

There is a roster spot available for an in-line guy.
Good take, brother.
