You never hit the steak RAW….just your girlSo I went to a nice restaurant recently in Atlanta and you know me… I ordered of course a well done steak , a nice 14 oz ribeye or so. Everything was looking all good and when i cut into it, it was pink as it wanted to be… I think it was cooked medium and I must say it wasn’t bad at all. Hmmm, maybe I’ll try medium well next time. I only ate all of it because I was drinking too, that’s the only reason lets get that clear....
I missed this thread the first time but this is one of the best posts I’ve ever seenIs there anything Mario can’t do? Happy for you Brock!
I used to work the grill in my younger years at some steakhouses. Always cooked Med Well and Well Done the same. I figured once the pink is gone it’s fully cooked/ruined. Never had one complaintNaw i think I had medium this time it was too pink lol. Ima just get medium well next lol
I can vouch for this post!I was in the A a couple weeks back and went to a place called Montanas near Centennial Park. Check that place out and order the bison ribeye. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

Why do I have this vision of you throwing the steak across the room??So I went to a nice restaurant recently in Atlanta and you know me… I ordered of course a well done steak , a nice 14 oz ribeye or so. Honestly it was a tad more tender, but the flavor was very similar. Tbh it could’ve come down to whomever prepared it, but it was phenomenal.Bison ribeye? Tell me more please. How does it compare to the standard prime ribeye?
