I wonder if he signs autographs for the inmates?

He totally would too.He charges 10 bologna sammiches per autograph.
Yes sir, will receive probation due to no criminal history and that is his first arrest. He'll plea no contest and also receive a suspended sentence and enter some type of program. Sounds about right. As a former broward county prosecutor who currently practices criminal defense, I'd be happy to answer any questions about the case.
Broward rarely if ever does suspended sentences on cases. The real key will be how the case ends up getting filed. The arrest warrant sought to have him charged with a Burg/Batt (Burglary with a battery) which is not only a 1st degree felony but is also punishable by up to life in prison. It's also a level 8 crime which carries 74 points on his scoresheet which translates to 53 months in prison at the bottom of the sentencing guidelines. Now while the facts of the case technically makes it a burg/batt it probably should be filed as a something lesser but we will see how the Broward SAO FCF (Felony Case Filiing) unit feels about it and what they end up filing in the long run. If something lesser than a burg batt gets filed then that will drastically lower his score-sheet giving the defense a lot more wiggle room.Yes sir, will receive probation due to no criminal history and that is his first arrest.
