This is hard to watch, our AD is the only person that does not see we have major problem. If he did he would force changes NOW!! There no reason to keep a OL coach with zero commits.
He knows it's a problem, he just does not know how to fix it.

Then what the F#ck is he the AD for? All the real fans like people on this board know you win nothing without great recruiting. This year will hurt us more in 2-3 years than next year.
I'm with you.

Program is nose diving so fast smh
What's incredible is that despite being unbelievably successful in the past and in ridiculously fertile recruiting grounds, kids jump off this bandwagon faster than anything.

It feels like we're that ************ referenced by Blade who's always trying to ice skate uphill.

It might very well be time to fold the programme - one bump in the road and every ************ bails. No other programme suffers from such scrutiny.

Good offensive players know that their future depends on the competence of the people running the offense they'll be playing in. They can see with their own eyes how inept our offense has been for 3 years now and that nothing is changing. And if they can't see it, rival recruiters will certainly make them aware of it. The incompetence on the field is not just ruining our season, it's killing our near future.

Clemson has their All American D Line return for their senior seasons and we can’t even get a 100% from Lawrence Mutha****in Cager?

What in the actual ****.

He knows it's a problem, he just does not know how to fix it.

Exactly. James as ZERO real world experience in leading an organization with any accountability.

He won't make a single wave without "consensus" from BOT/Frenk.

He is in way over his head to lead a D1P5 program that at least states they want to be competitive.

Fire James, hire Joe Moglia.
