TC and PS2 are the 2 recruits. Who hires a hs coach that is not plugged in like that for recruiting? He was hired to coach corners.

I never said one recruit. AH has had plenty of talent. And Richt was also banking on his SoFla experience, not just the AH kids. It hasnt panned out.

those kids would be at Miami regardless who the coach is. This board was ready to fire dugans before he got Harley and JT4 and we backed off him then he got the 18 class. Rumph has to land some of these Elite kids that he is losing out on the last 3 cycles. Our defense is good and kids should be wanting to play here but rumph isn't doing a good enough job of getting them here. You can make excuses about why each of these elite DB's go to another school(and some of them are legit) but you cant dismiss the fact that rumph is not a very good at selling kids to play here.

What are you talking about? Knock Rumph the recruiter. But Rumph the coach has produced Mike Jackson and Trajan Bandy. Those guys are at the same level of AC if not better. MJ may even sneak into the 1st round. Most likely a day 2 draft pick.

This doesn’t make any sense, you know how many kids you would think would be at Miami or grew up loving the school yet go somewhere else during recruiting time. We have been burned to many times to just say that bullsh*t statement by people who “was going there anyway” yet when it’s time to make a decision they didn’t
