the truth of the matter is richt has a track record of bringing in good assistants and he has a good reputation in coaching circles. plenty of guys will want this job as they know they can use it to step up to an HC job. i am more worried about the offense than the defense.

Baez went on to coach one season at the prep level before arriving in Oxford. He served as the receivers coach at Miami Palmetto High School in 2006 before holding the same post at Gulliver Prep in spring 2007.”
