Have watched many Canes games this year and last year and I've never heard commentators being so confused as to who's who on the team.

Burns and Walton both wear No. 1
Coley and Howard both wear No. 3
Berrios and AQM both wear No. 8
Waters and JRock both wear No. 6
Bush and Yearby both wear No. 2

I know there's a couple of more out there, but was there a reason why we had so many duplicate jersey numbers? I don't recall this happening under any other regime like it's been during Golden's tenure.

No.
The first issue we need to fix is that extremely flamboyant, ridiculous, sissified, arm-locking,
butt-shaking, up-north big 10 type, bullshiite *** 'first kick-off of the game' ritual.
Finished before we even start as soon as the opponent sees this.

Yes this needs to stop. Grow a pair and say you aren't getting the number you want, you get what you deserve.

No, there are many issues we have to fix yet people still complaining about f_cking uniforms. At the end of the day they have to wear the Uni and people want single digit numbers...

who cares. this is apart of the pussification that's gone under Golden. Bump that bull ish. Too much pussification going on w/ this program. From the way we practice, the ice cream breaks, kids wanting certain numbers w/o doing ish to deserve them, the whole lock in harm crap that is terribly off-beat....all that ish needs to go, including the feathers on the uniforms. Everything that Golden installed needs a major overhaul, no matter how "trivial" it may seem. Time for us to go back to OUR tradition.

Our tradition? Having players not wearing the same single digit jersey is not a tradition...

Well, we have 96 numbers available, and a roster limit of about 105. So...to answer the question, we aren't going to eliminate duplicate numbers, but maybe we can limit the use of duplicates among scholarship players.

Is this **** really a thread? And is someone blaming something on Golden. Lol
Golden is fired let him be, let's move on

How about first focusing one new cheerleader uniforms that have numbers on them, so we can tell them apart?!?

Until it becomes an issue who gives a ****.

Actually it is an issue. Give you an example. Let's say that TH3 and Stacy Coley are both dynamic returners or need to be on the hands team for an onside kick. Players w/ the same numbers can't be on the field at the same time.

So while there are bigger issues at hand, the duplicate number for scholarship players can create somewhat of an issue from a personnel standpoint if you wanted to run trick plays for ST, or offense for that matter.

Its part of college football, every team has duplicate numbers.

On a scale of dumb threads this is a 8/10.

Its not an issue you can change jerseys before the kick off, Jalen Ramsey does this.

You could tell Op just started watching football is trying to get some internet props by blaming this on Golden
