The man gets called for targeting every game now and his hits are becoming more egregious. He's a walking 15 yard penalty.

He has played that Robber\Spy role on the 3rd and long some this year. He is pretty good at that. That should be the limit of what we see on the field going forward. The fact that he was surprised that he was called again says it all. He simply doesn't know how to not go head first.
