All reports on Diaz

What I’m looking forward to is when they hire Zo as the AD & make him justify why they didn’t fire Diaz...

That will be incredibly entertaining lmao
it’ll be something about Zo being so alpha that not even mortal alphas would understand the level of alpha needed to keep Manny

I couldn't care less about Diaz or recruiting at the moment. This AD hire is the most important hire in the last decade. If we hire the right guy there is no chance Diaz is here next year.

This plus it is common sense that you allow your AD to make these decisions.

With that said, we have no track record of common sense at UM.

He doesn't own that decision for 2022 if Manuela is retained. There is alot of long-term credibility to be gained by not firing Diaz by the newly arrived AD with no "inner working" ties to Miami over past several years.

Now, IF he retains Manuela after 2022 season, Highsmith must wear the badge...

All of this of course is predicated on Alonzo being formally brought into Miami Athletics in a go/no-go decision making capacity.

Bruh; lol…u think 17/18 kid is coming in swole? Lol. Look at his frame; he’s got a frame to pack on a good 40lbs, easy. No he’s not going to just come in and start; but a proper S&C will have him right.
Lmao. 40 lbs Lmao. He look like he aint never even seen a weight room. Kids in Texas, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama been hitting weights since 9th and 10th grade. Thats why they come in looking more polished and developed
