I went to West Point, left and got my degree elsewhere. Ended up commissioning through OCS with the Marine Corps.

ROTC at a University vs. ROTC at one of the Military Colleges is very different. At the Military Colleges you live the Cadet lifestyle. At a University through an ROTC program it is mainly a weekend only program with other Military training embedded throughout the school year/summer.

The Military College ROTC program is similar in structure to how it is at the Service Academies.

Nope... join ROTC in any school, you do the same extra courses and drills for 2 years. Nothing special about TAMU... My younger one is AFROTC at Liberty... same deal... yet I don't see all their student body fake dressing at football games

.
There are no longer 2-yr ROTC options for non-medical.

Vast majority of ROTC is 4yr program.

I think I made the most fun of the Yell Leaders as anyone on this board preceding the playoff game and even joked about them being in a real military unit doing their yells. That being said, the Corps of Cadets at TAMU, the like the other SMCs RF-4C listed, are no joke:

The six senior military colleges are:

UNG too?!?!?!? I had no idea. Dahlonega is a quaint little town where they film Hallmark Channel Christmas movies.

😂😂😂 man I legit thought they were a military school for the longest.

I think that whole campus maybe heavily drugged up and apart of a cult lol
They’re the wanna be, ghey branch of the military, as evidenced by their extremely sassy “yell leaders.” Bunch of creepy weirdos.
