I am not going to say a bad thing about TAMU. That institution is tradition based and many of the Corps of Cadets go on to serve our country.

Those people were super nice to us Cane fans. Every single one of them.

Thank you for posting this to educate some of the masses despite Pete’s video being funny. Made me laugh.

But educate yourself before putting out some partial fake news, @Peter Ariz.
He's always been a douche bag

BURN IT DOWN!!! BURN IT DOWN!!!
No way dude, my kid will be devastated! Dahlonega is also where the gold mines are because it's the site of America's first gold rush (it's just two towns north of me) The jits go on field trips there practically every year and it gets them even more wired than candy.

The Atlanta Canes should plan an event there and we can all drum up gold for Canes Connection.

There used to be a legit BBQ joint on the corner north of the Dawsonville outlet mall on the way just south of Dahlonega.

Seriously? It’s all just chains now. We always just go to Olive Garden when we’re there because my kid loves it.

My favorite place in Cumming is Socks Loves BBQ but I don’t know any good places north in that direction. There a good burrito place on the way so we often stop there too, Lake Burrito, also in Cumming, but north part right before Dawsonville at the end of 400.

It was on the SE corner of 53 and 19, half BBQ joint, half gas station. Was there for many years, but I don’t see it on Google Maps now.

It was honestly the best BBQ I had living in GA. Williamson Bros in Canton and most GA BBQ think Vidalia onions belong in everything. 🤣

It was called Big D’s BBQ.

UNG too?!?!?!? I had no idea. Dahlonega is a quaint little town where they film Hallmark Channel Christmas movies.

Maybe I should move there before next Christmas - I already have several flannel shirts and a tool belt with a hammer . . . and everyone here already knows how I'm a charmer . . .

Farthest up your way I've gotten is to the Dreamland BBQ in Duluth. It was VERY disappointing.

Easily one of the weirdest things in all of college football.

What’s this??? Is this a corps of cadets thing?

Not the same.

In the United States, a senior military college(SMC) is one of six colleges that offer military Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) programs under 10 U.S.C. § 2111a(f), though many other schools offer military Reserve Officers' Training Corps under other sections of the law. The six senior military colleges are:

So is the corps of cadets tied to the military or are they strictly cheerleaders?
