I've been interested in your takes, but this is not the hill to die on lol. He would've gotten purged after year 2 if he was truly an issue. Also, taking another job quickly in an area that will suit his family better, wont evaporate any narratives...considering the rumor is that his family doesnt like Miami (the city) specifically.

Jimmy Radcliffe is a pioneer in plyometric training. Has written a lot of scientific material and books that help with understanding that topic, as plyometrics is somewhat gatekept and very few people really train it.

In regards to the other stuff, I have no ******* idea how and why that rugby guy is taking victory laps. Didn't prove a point, didn't make a point, but keeps posting dumbass BS on the internet for some clout. At least now we know that he's full of **** and just talks out of his ***.
