I know this from studying athletic performance for 20+ years, along with coaching football for 18.… and you know this how, from a three second clip?
CanesInsight + DailyStormer = WestEndZoneIt's a lot like that, but worse.
It’s overanalyzing absolutely nothingCan we stop pretending that this is overtraining?
Please?
This. Just like people were ****ting on Mario (I'm including myself) for the 2022 and 2023 season. Most of those rosters consisted of the pussies that Manny Diaz brought in. Now Mario has his guys in look what happened last year.Wonder if the people who were ****ting on Feld (PURELY ABOUT INJURIES) will now say it wasn't an S&C issue and 24 and 25 were excellent from an injury perspective. Erv Young has looked like he's done a great job continuing and elevating that foundation Mario+Feld set. And I'd also bet Marios practice style+strategy of actually going hard has a lot to do with this. It's the entire callous strategy. But you just have to do it intelligently and ensure guys are getting enough rest+recovery.
And I'm sure injuries in 23 or when Mario+Feld first got here had more to do with inadequate body types, talent, just pure hard work being demanded from the players from under Manny. And that big change resulted in more injuries. But it was like pulling off a bandaid fast.
