As long as he’s actually competent (and his resume certainly suggests that he is), I can only see him as being a positive addition. His personality and public notoriety will bring a little extra attention to the program and that’s only good. I say this as someone who was a fan of Feely.

And he’s going to appeal to recruits/players more than the older crowd.

Yeah... I have to imagine you either love him or hate him. His schtick seems over the top to me, but I am a 41 year old man - I probably would have thought differently when I was 18. Also, if he is there pumping you up while you are lifting, I can see that being contagious.

Feeley seemed a little wacko too with his Hulk Marvel WWE style introductions and other videos floating around when we hired him. But these guys are grinding lifting weights, think you need a little craziness to make it fun, doubt it's crazy mustache Feld 24/7 too, it's a lot for the cameras. Feeley seems really likeable, chill and cool when he wasn't putting on for the camera, gotta think Feld is pretty similar.
