Except at lsu their OC is an aging coach close to retirement who at this point in his career is not looking to climb the coaching ladder....he just wants to hang for a few short years... totally opposite to someone like Enos and his goals.

no no no. Either Enos changes everything an goes hurry up spread or Manny fires him. We dont need a passing game coordinator
 
Diaz not wanting to fire Enox is the problem...

We could easily just fire him & replace him with a a Spread coordinator for far cheaper.

Go get Keith Heckendorf or Chad Morris, or do what OK St did & dip down into the FCS pool & find young innovative X's & O's guys like Zach Kittley or Ken Collums.

You could pay any of those guys anywhere from $500K - to just under $1mill, but paying Enox $1.25-1.5mill for trash *** results we ended up with being ranked 90th in total offense, 131st in 3rd down conversion, 127th in sacks allowed, 121st in Red zone scoring, 120th in rushing & 76th in yards per play is ridiculous, he should've been fired the day after the Duke game.

F'in STOP it, already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Diaz ain't going to get rid of Enos anytime soon. No matter how the offense performs in the bowl game. Be it on a positive note or a putrid negative note.

The bottom line is the VAST MAJORITY of Cane fandom are hitting their LARGE craniums up against the Orange and Green wall!
 
The scheme is one thing. The players being soft is another. Fix the soft part first. They haven’t even mastered an old school offense like gaining 3 yards on 3rd and 2
 
This staff is sold on the fact that our OL is young and developing. I don’t believe there will be any changes in the staff Or scheme going into next year.

Miami needs a lot of changes but none of it will happen because Manny's HC gig is just about over. Honestly I think Enos could be the Passing OC, but we need Steve Addazio as the Running OC and OL coach, retain Barry as an analyst and also bring in Kehoe to help. OL is a MAJOR issue for this O. Miami should make major investments there to start.

You think Chad Morris wants any part of this though? Miami is a sinking ship, Manny has one more season tops. Could you imagine though... hiring Morris for OC/QBs and Addazio for OL/Running OC??? Talk about your turn around in a season.

Stop putting band aids on a shot gun blast. If **** can't see what the issue is, it's not Manny's job to tweak it and hire personnel. **** needs to figure it out or Manny needs to find someone that can.
 
In what world is Enos even a competent qb coach? Good on Kosi for growing up and being a good teammate, but he still appears to be an awful qb.

Jarren is a beta phag and looked worse game 12 than game 1.

Enos has basically made Tate quite football.

so nah, Enos can GTFO of the OC and QB duties

Just hoping we get one more get out of jail free card after this season and somebody wants to hire Enos away from us. He seems like a career job hopper but I know I'm just hoping beyond hope.

Only possible solution for this team is a massive accident while bussing it to the walk on bowl. Players notified staff is all dead.
