Where do we stand with top tier recruits who have shown interest such as Lorenzo Carter, Lamont Gaillard, Raekwon McMillan and Kentavious Street, Nyles Morgan?
Lorenzo Carter- Florida leads
Lamont Gaillard- looks like UGA is the lead
Raekwon McMillan- looks like an SEC/Taint battle
Kentavious Street- nc state leads us in 2nd
Nyles Morgan- SEC battle dont think we are in the running

Get this Bama bytch fa9 *** logo off this board....look how inferior that **** looks its gotta be tied with Florida as the gayest **** ever.

I do see where you guys are coming from. It would look weak of Miami to give up some ground and offer Quincy Wilson. You're right about Lammons and Lane. They won't give up their dreams for the sake of completing a 'package deal', so to say. I do still feel he has what it takes to be successful. Miami-caliber, if you will.

Everyone wants to hate on Ice & Luke, but I look it as this.

MNW - Jojo, Smith, Mayes
BTW - Thomas, Harris, Bethel, Jackson.

3 commits on the list and high interest from 4 other prospects. 6/7 or 7/7 out of the two of the best miami high schools is pretty **** good.

Luke already proved he'll push his kid to Miami, but Ice, not so much... Thomas, Harris and Bethel are far from being signed and if we lose on Thomas, we lost on the best of the bunch.
Wait so if Ice doesn't push a kid to Miami and lets the kids make his own decision he is the enemy? If Miami doesn't get Thomas it is not Ice's fault. Ice clearly doesn't have anything against Miami. By this time next week it looks like Miami will have two commits from Booker T which should be encouraging.

It's that clear to you?

We dont need lammons or lane...yes i know lane is a once in a lifetime receuit to many but we just got Coley who is better...we have waters who is better than any of "them"... Take Dixon because hes a beast and wants to be w the U and take Langham with berrios and call it a day. Let "him" go to bama and when saban leavves like the scum he is "****em"... I love berrios, dixon, langham and than nigel instead of lammons, boom golden isnt playing the game just like he should be.

I know people are gonna bytch at what im about to write because Lammons reportedly reads this board but I dont give a crap..Im with the poster that said if Lammons doesnt wanna be here let him go. If Patton commits on Monday then Lammons can go kick rocks. Ive said many times I didnt want the both of them anyway because they are both 5'8 and bringing in two really short DBs that are not super duper athletes is a bad idea.

No im not Randy Shannon but the game has changed. 5'8 HS corners are being turned in slot WRs and return specialists in college. Everybody is looking for those 6'0-6'1 corners who are 185 and run 4.5s. Because these WRs are getting bigger every year.

As far as Lane, you gotta still recruit the **** out of him but if he doesnt wanna come then fine. I just ask him to kindly not do us like MT did. If you not interested, dont waste our time. Let the coaches know if we are not a serious player in this thing. So they can use their time and resources on another recruit. But it would **** me off to no end if he signs with FLA or ALA and we find out afterwards that he was never really considering us and only did it out of respect for Barrow and Waters. Smh.

you might not want both of them, but guess what...the staff wants both of them so it doesn't matter

Does anybody other than Jassid82 feel it would be bad to have Lammons and Bethel? I'd like them both.

@Zapata

You're either terrible at trolling or you have some kind of mental deformity. Maybe both.

Ya lets just let elite defensive players go to Florida or Bama. That sounds like a great idea Randy

Oh so Lammons is elite now? Lol. Ahhhh No. He is a good athlete who plays quarterback and would MAYBE make a great DB. End of Story. Lets not make it seem like he is a must get all of a sudden.

To each his own. Everybody isnt gonna be the Honey Badger or Phillip Buchanon. 5'8-5'9 corners who can ball out of control are RARE. PB was a GREAT athlete and HB had TWO other first round picks in the secondary with him having his back. (Claiborne and Reid) JMO.

I like what are we doing in recruiting!!! As hard as it may be the staff is being careful not to get bent over.It may not look smart all the time, but it is not only the smart play, its the only play for the future!!!
