2017 Returning Starters

Nobody on this team is a playmaker when it matters, you think Ed Reed or Sean Taylor don't recover that fumble, **** that's a scoop and score easy.

Not to defend Carter but I remember Reed giving up a late game TD vs PennSt at the Orange bowl where he was late coming over to help Rumph.

I also remember Sean Taylor in 01 after an INT getting stripped by Clarett. Just saying, nobody is immune to mistakes .

Both instances happened very early in their careers, do you think a Sr Ed Reed blows that fumble recover, insert Clay Davis gif here

Kaaya
Walton
Richards
Herndon
Njoku
Darling
McDermott
Linder
O'Dogflu
Thomas
Harris
McIntosh
Norton
Quarterman
Pinckney
McCloud

Is this a good thing?

Everybody on that list has potential to make big strides in the offseasn under Coach Richt except for Brad Kaaya. He's washed up, if he is the starter next year the season is automatically over. I am hoping he isnt back next year but even if he does i can see Allison and Perry both passing him up.

Seems our players still believe in the "don't rise to the occasion" bull ****

Too many cheeseburgers

sean taylor also fumbled vs Tenn in one of his last games, that cost us a potential NC run, but really that doesn't matter, those guys have enough equity to do 12 more of those, Carter on the other hand never made a play here, its crazy

Why are people so down on Harris? He isn't a All American but the kid always makes plays despite being undersized or hurt. Has more than almost anybody on the team.

We won't be back until we can match the talent of VTech and UNC. Have to model their recruiting since they are loaded.

UNC has a better QB, better RBs, better OL, better WRs than Miami does.
LULZ, UNC starter 4 walk-ons against us.

What they do have is a better coaching team than Miami does. One who knows how to progress the players they do get and fit them into a system to stress their strengths.

Did Sean Taylor (God rest his soul) fumble a punt against UT that ended that game in 2003? How early in his career was that?

I like Chad. He has a bright future in whatever he does.

But he is not a good football player. He's not explosive, and struggles to beat one on one blocks.

Kaaya coming back is not a good thing

As bad as Kaaya has been this year,it would still help the team if he came back. We dont know what Allison brings to the table and Rosier does not start for a reason. We also cant expect a freshman QB to be the savior.

I trust Richt will make sure we are never in this position again with virtually no QB depth.

I'll take these, you can have the rest

You would take McCloud but not Thomas? Are you a f*cking idiot?

Thomas has done nothing against any team with a pulse, another 5 star bust for us. I'm willing to give McCloud a chance, kid's a true freshman

Thomas has been playing injured in multiple areas of his body since GT...didn't even play against VT but ok.

Welcome to big time college football, everybody is hurting at this part of the season. If you're on the field, make a play

Chad Thomas will be in a Hurricane uniform next year. He should come back anyway to get the music degree. He might have more potential there...

Its terrible for the people that want to point to youth as yet another excuse we suck

**** the youths on this team are the only reason we're not 1-7.

Walton bailed us out against FAU.
Richards made big plays against App State.
Jackson/Quarterman swung momentum with TDs against GT.

These upperclassmen are not looking too great right now.

Kaaya - regressed
Yearby - is what he is
Coley - same old same old
Dobard - ha!
Lewis - trying his best
the entire OL - regressed
Chad - hasn't lived up to the hype
Owens - doesn't look right
Jenkins - disaster
Carter - disaster

The only upperclassman who hasn't disgraced himself is Elder.
Coley has made some big plays....but it doesn't even matter. Your point is obviously spot on.

I got nothing anymore. It's almost impossible for us to be this bad this long.

Like he did his last year at UGA when he felt compelled to throw the immortal Faton Bauta in against UF because he had nothing?
