Kaaya coming back is not a good thing

As bad as Kaaya has been this year,it would still help the team if he came back. We dont know what Allison brings to the table and Rosier does not start for a reason. We also cant expect a freshman QB to be the savior.

I trust Richt will make sure we are never in this position again with virtually no QB depth.

Like he did his last year at UGA when he felt compelled to throw the immortal Faton Bauta in against UF because he had nothing?

Point here is our QB recruiting has been awful for years and we should have some quality depth after a couple of Richt recruiting cycles.

Point here is Rix's QB recruiting at UGA went in the dumper over the last few years there. They had that bum Hutson Mason followed by UVA washout Lambert as their starters his last two years.

Got heck of a defense coming back next year.

plus, malek young, ced wright, finley, etc all have experience under their belt. on defense we will have a legit 2 deep

lmao it starts already we have no cover corners. and no good safetys besides quan. no depth at lb. our dline will be solid but they have to stay healthy.

Dline makes whoever plays DB better, so it will not be that bad as long as Manny stays away from 3 -4 crap and dropping DEs into coverage when they need to be head hunting QBs.

Nobody on this team is a playmaker when it matters, you think Ed Reed or Sean Taylor don't recover that fumble, **** that's a scoop and score easy.

Not to defend Carter but I remember Reed giving up a late game TD vs PennSt at the Orange bowl where he was late coming over to help Rumph.

I also remember Sean Taylor in 01 after an INT getting stripped by Clarett. Just saying,nobody is immune to mistakes .

Both instances happened very early in their careers, do you think a Sr Ed Reed blows that fumble recover, insert Clay Davis gif here

Did Sean Taylor (God rest his soul) fumble a punt against UT that ended that game in 2003? How early in his career was that?

Sean was a junior. His last season at Miami.

Nobody is perfect, but he was **** close.

I don't get the hate on Chad Thomas. Do we forget who the Canes DC was Thomas' first two seasons? Chad has played well in the new scheme, with a top DL coach. If he's smart he'll come back for his senior season.

Walton bailed us out against FAU.
Richards made big plays against App State.
Jackson/Quarterman swung momentum with TDs against GT.

These upperclassmen are not looking too great right now.

Coley - same old same old
Dobard - ha!
Lewis - trying his best
the entire OL - regressed
Chad - hasn't lived up to the hype
Owens - doesn't look right
Jenkins - disaster
Carter - disaster

The only upperclassman who hasn't disgraced himself is Elder.

Chad has been our best DE this season. He has been playing hurt but before the injury(s) he was balling out.

We won't be back until we can match the talent of VTech and UNC. Have to model their recruiting since they are loaded.

UNC has a better QB, better RBs, better OL, better WRs than Miami does.

But how do you explain us having higher rated recruiting classes? Most of us would not have taken their wr recruits before knowing their performance at this level
