He is not in the same league as his brother was. We expect him to be but he is not the same kind of talent.

wish we had a real ST coach lol. we waited too long to bring B Smith in as a returner. we've struggled kicking all year (whether OL communication to actual missed kicks)

His brother didn’t nearly have the rating as Andy. I think ya’ll forget, Jose was absolute *** at FIU, UNTIL he decided to go Adam Vinatieri at the old spot.

Freshman Yr: 83% accuracy
Sophomore Yr: 74% accuracy
Junior Yr: 72% accuracy

It was the FIU game that earned him a transfer spot & he was gold for us. Which is y it was always said his brother was way better than him, & thus far, that’s not remotely the case.

****; that’s wild af. I think every school should have a dedicated ST guy; or at least one who can multi task that & another position. How many games have we lost over the yrs from poor ST? Toooooo many. Missed FGs, Blocked FGs, muffed punts, poor execution of kick offs, allowing TDs or big gains…I know we brag about being NFLU, but man we had ELITE ST, I would say all the way up until 2010.

Lets talk about something that was a gimme. An angled 53 yarder and is driving but still being 20 yards away isn’t the same as being 2 yards away.

He definetly played better. However a 70 QB rating is average and the 8.7 avg per throw is not very good.

Jake being more mobile and better passer on the run would have a higher avg.

Yeah; but 2 yrds are no longer gimmes either, not even on the NFL level. I’m not saying we shouldn’t have scored there, but we had enough to make up from that mishap. Knighton fumbling late in the 4th deep in plus territory after converting a 4th down? Yeah; that cost us the game; not scoring from the 2 was a contributing factor, just like missing the fg or UNC electing not to take points & getting stopped deep in our territory.

Everything becomes a microcosm, but the fumble was the nail.

When are we gonna stop acting like the next guy on the bench thats un proven is the answer?

TVD is a great QB and if he continues playing like this will go in the first round.

the Dude is most likely going to be named QB of the week. its not his fault people drop balls and wrong plays are called.

I watched a kid do his thing and when we needed it the most step up and deliver. the last INT was disappointing but it happens.

Garcia is not the answer stop with this nonsense.
