If you’re a 2023 Defensive Lineman & you sign with TAMU you’re dumb as **** lol

Agree with that.

Still, the hate and envy of who and what they're signing is boiling over here.

We'd be sky high if that was us.

I do think it's an ugly look for the game, but I'm not going to hate on it since it's legal. At least today it is.

I’m not hating on it at all, if you’re a team that can load up on 5-stars, that’s exactly what you do.

I’m talking about from the perspective of the recruit, if you’re a recruit at a position that absolutely backlogged you’ll be making a big mistake signing with that team if you have any expectations of getting on the field within in your first 2 years. All you’re doing is guaranteeing that you’ll be entering the transfer portal lol.

This exact scenario just happened with Quinn Ewers at OH ST, he signed with them when they already four 4/5-star QB’s on their roster, then when CJ Stroud started as a Red Frosh & took off he knew immediately he wasn’t going to play & transferred to Texas, when all he had to do was sign with UT out of HS in the first place.

Rival coaches are gonna be hitting whomever doesnt see much time this season, especially ones who been there a year or 2 already. Im not hating, i hope they slap up Bama and UGA and knock them down a peg. They are far enough from us, similar to LSU where their rise could help us against closer enemies like UF, UGA and Bama.

Btw, dont blink but i do believe thats exactly what Mario is aiming for, like i said, similar to what Clemson did. Just dont care who rotates in and out, everyone is a dog. Mind you some will not live up to the hype.

I'm in agreement with your prior post and this one.

The rest was for a lot of other posters due to what they said prior.

You stack talent and the rest will sort itself out. I wouldn't mind having what some see as a problem when I see it as a plus. The cream will rise to the top, they'll all push one another for spots, and some will transfer out.

Jumbo is going to run some interesting formations with that talent pool. Shemar at wide receiver. Raikes at tight end. Adeleye as kick returner.

there's no way he has roster space for all those guys... Imagine how many will get pushed out after spring...
It’s like a coach who brags about how he signed 18 five star quarterbacks in four years. Then the reporter asks, “Coach, how many of them actually get to play?” No response. And then, “Coach, what position groups are undermanned because you overcommitted resources to the quarterback group?”
