I like the renews you suggested definitely light. Like I said I only run every 5-6 days but I’ve already put almost 200 miles on them in just a few months. I just really like the Nike Free’s that I’ve had in the past with not only how light but also how minimal they are.

Yeah I’m an 80-100 guy. Maybe going. Model or two back is the way to go. I just wa t the lightest possible.

@Rellyrell and @SWFLHurricane thanks for the tip on the Renews. Got a pair the other day. Light, fit snug, don’t feel clunky and for a casual 3-4 miles every 4-5 days they are perfect.

I am finally getting ready to get a new pair of running shoes. I have the Brooks Ghost which I think I mentioned. They are light but they just feel big on my feet. They fit..but just clunky feeling. I almost want to go to Free's, but I feel like they make me run harder than I want and gas...
