There are some organizations big enough to do that. And it costs each player at least $3500 to $4k to play with them.

Think its bad for football, try being a high school baseball coach. Unless you get a summer gig with a good organization and/or offer lessons (with an outlet to do such) it can be a real struggle for those guys

Kind of an ugly win for sure. But I will say that I was surprised how the pen was managed, JD didn't let anyone get hung out to dry, kept making moves and got us the win.

Im not sure if this is what Cyr was doing, but he hasnt exactly been 'on time' lately, and I have seen batters do things like that to help figure out timing. Like slash bunt approach, to help with it. We have to be better all the way around. bottom line.

Season has been over for a long time now. To expect anything different from these guys, would be like taking back Riley Reid every time you thought she cheated on you, and telling yourself she's really a waitress at the local diner.

I have to agree. Recruiting momentum is a huge piece of success, and sustainability. However, until the pitch you are throwing at these recruits manifests into wins on the field and conference titles (at a minimum), this time of year is all just smoke and mirrors.
