You must look at the big picture here, fellas. He can help bring #6 to Coral Gables. If he wants to contribute, no need to let a vendetta stop that.

What makes you think he would help with Thomas? Legitimately curious.

Yeah, title count. After I posted it I figured I shouldn't have put it that way.

I don't see him being all that talented. I guess that's where we differ. He's solid. If Alex Collins bolted for FSU and then wanted to come back to Miami I would take that dude with open arms.

So you don't want bailey because of his talent level or because he dumped us...? Just wondering

Highly doubt Florida would release him to UM. If they do, it's a sign he isn't very good.

Well my first post was only being half serious because let's be honest, these transfer rumors rarely ever turn out to be anything.

Plus from week to week it seems like we have no idea who is going to be on this **** team next year.

There's a lot of factors we don't know about but Golden and Co. do so I am plenty capable of just letting them do what they think is best without *****ing. Just saying kid was one of our first commits and decided UF was a better spot. Let's both move on from that. There's plenty of Willie Baileys out there unless we feel like we need some immediate help.

With the limited amount of ships you don't waste a ship on guy that cannot play from the get go.

He would have to sit a year, and there is still no guarantee he will be any type of player.

Apparently this kid can play but was just too small to put out there in the SEC. 6'1 165 aint tackling an SEC running back.

i never want these kids that spurn us during their recruiting cycles. Greg Garmon, Sticks, Bailey and whoever else that spurned us and failed at their original choice can kick rocks

Turrible. Just turrible. You wouldn't take Eddie Goldman or Avery young right now? That is the worst viewpoint on these types of deals. If they can help and you don't want them for just that reason!?? Smh

Yup, I remember this as well. Even during his recruitment, i remember people saying meh

i don't mind the move. i think it shows golden is about 2nd chances and welcomes back a south florida kid. maybe bailey helps w/ other kids down the road as far as not leaving and staying home and doing what he should have done in the 1st place. i think there's a lot of positives that can come from this, in many different ways.
golden gives a local kid a 2nd chance to come back, hopefully the kid can play and start or contribute. i see a lot to be gained by taking him back.
he's not to small to play cb. even in the sec.

We'll pass. The last time we took a Gator the program started to slide downhill ala Brock "I suck" Berlin.
