Excited for the season, I hope Yearby is our feature back, not that big on Gus and I also hope we change Coley route type, we need to let Coley win with his feet/routes and I think this would add a BIG dimension to our offense. I'm also eager to see how Brad does when the play breaks down, would not mind to see him practicing the slide technique and picking up some yards. A lot of teams will play us this year without even worrying about the QB coming out the backfield. The biggest question will be The playcalling of the DC and OC. I also hope we are smart enough to use Tyriq McCord properly. He may be better off at DE more so then OLB, dudes a ball player regardless. Lastly, I'm surprised Walton is wearing #1 , I would of saved that # for recruiting purposes.

Sorry meant to upvote.

4-8 is nuts. This season will play out like all the rest. We'll at some point think we are good and on our way, and then we'll have stretch that puts Golden in the cross hairs and he'll be playing for his job on a cold Friday afternoon in Pittsburgh. We'll end up somewhere between 8-4 and 6-6. 8-4 and he keeps his job as long as 3 of those losses aren't in November. Anything worse than that, and no chance he returns.

I don't think it's about wins. I think it's about the Coastal and a bowl win.

How is 4-8 nuts? We went 6-7 last year and lost all of our best players.

Calling Coach Macho

- David Njoku has proven to be a redzone weapon flexed out wide, a la Jimmy Graham. He made a very athletic TD catch on a fade from Kaaya.

Que?

Glad to hear this. Hopefully he'll be a contributor. I was a bit skeptical when he was offered as he is from a Group I school (smallest school size division) here in NJ.

Sure 4-8 is possible. Check out what Husker fans are saying about their season. We're better at DL, DB, WR, QB and Specials. We have a real good chance of getting win #4 on October 1st.

Schedule is a joke...even with that said this fat incompetent underqualified **** will find a way to lose 4 games

What has Tyriq Mccord ever done to warrant such hype?

Do you people have eyes? The guy is a stiff with no pass rushing abilities.

Jamies WInston threw a ball right into his hands and the stiff tipped it into the air for a FSU touchdown. It changed the entire game.

Or the play where he obliterates the GT qb....Tyriq is a good football player, with he potential to be a great one. He should be a pass rush specialist..... IMO

I liked what I saw in the highlight where both Gus, and Choc during their runs did a real nice job of protecting the football. Boys are getting coaches up by Ice! Those WR, making plays too, they are definitely not giving us as much as they sed to as far as just pieces of plays rather than whole plays... so it becomes that much more difficult to really see how things unfold. But all in all, it is just the first scrimmage.

the QB threw the ball right to him

and why are you posting a pic of a sack late in the game when it was obvious passing downs and he wasn't even blocked

does that show me has good pass rushing skills?

show me a play where he uses any type of skill to beat a OT and get a sack.

I can show you where this stiff tips a ball thrown right at him for a FSU touchdown.

So you have managed to down play two plays made, completely disregarded the play in which I referenced, and have only given one play to support your argument? You sir are a special kind of stupid...... Even your logic sucks...

He has the tools. Passes the eye test. In time i think he will. Cook will have more big runs but i think yearby will be more consistent overall
