I was gonna say the same thing. We see a lot of really good OL get worked in these types of drillsReady to see him take reps against Mesidor, Kelly, and Harvey.
He is washing all of these kids though in a drill not set up for him to succeed. Very good sign.
Agreed…. Some of the Best feet and balance I’ve seen in a OL I’ve seen in a while. Especially as a HS OLman. The strength vs a bullrush is nice, but not surprising, but that lateral quickness and balance at his size is just beautiful to watch.
In the 60’s and into the 70’s, McArthur was legendary in wrestling. Coach John Lazotte won 10-11 straight state titles. He was a science teacher. He started recruiting me in 8th grade as I was whipping any opponent in PE.The wrestling culture in Miami was, at one point, partly comprised of old, immigrant Cuban dudes who were former competitive wrestlers. At one point when I was in HS, a few schools, including Pace and my HS, had strong programs that would do really well at states. Wrestling dudes are sick *****, btw, and I mean that with a lot of respect, as I never formally wrestled. Just messing around and taking informal tips from the wrestling coaches helped me in my varsity sports (football and basketball). Absolutely love their mindsets. The "lock yourself in a car trunk while covered in a garbage bag" mentality is helpful in all facets of life. Hard pass on the "ringworm" culture, though. All due respect.
When I start seeing where J dills and Premier got their samples from it just adds to the genius imo.
Another surprising dj that gets his samples from deep in the music archives is DJ Muggs from Cypress Hill.
Those 3 Dudes act like their listening to music in a different frequency than everyone else.
9th Wonder needs to be at the top of that list. My favorite producer.Pete Rock, Alchemist, Kanye, Lord Finesse, etc...sample kings.
Niiiice
We get Lee and we will be fine for now. He’s got 2 years. That will be a nice stop gap until we can find a center in 2024 class. But I agree, for Lew to not have wanted to join an OL class of Samson, Mauigua, and Kinsler he probably was doing it for his pops and he really didn’t want to be here like that.Samson getting in the program and getting to 6’5 315 by the season with some added strength means to me he will be playing a ton.
Francis and Samson have a legit chance to be unreal players here. I still wish Lew would have stayed because that’s. LT C RT combo that could win a ton of games

I think that joints like that epitomize what hip hop can be.Always thought Havok crushed the sampling on The Infamous. The atmosphere to match the lyrical content was spot on.

@Rellyrell ....It's even crazier if they'd go back to EPMD circa 86-92 and see how much stuff was stolen from them.
