I bet the FSU coaches troll this board heavy. It seems like every recruit we're going after or that we had committed has change their mind all of a sudden... A lot strange things have been happening lately.

I don't think any of these prospects (Coley, Collins, KB, Thomas, Green, Kirkland, Williams, Bostwick, etc.) are 100% to anyone right now. In the next couple weeks, they will flip flop what's best for them, multiple times. It's all about closing, something AG has shown a knack for. I'm sure he's got a plan and will play all the angles. If we see it, they see it. The news sucks, but we'll see how things play out.

Nothing is set in stone, but the giving scholies to their buddies thing is going to hurt us. These kids are naive and foolish. They dont know any better. People here thinking that this is going to bite FSU in the @ss? Why? They can just cut the JAGs next year and send them home. Not like most of next years kids are going to know jack about it. There are lots of ways coaches can shove kids out the door without it being overt or scandalous. By then they have the kid they want, and they know that kid isnt going to transfer now.

Why it hurts us, is that Coley is not some UM die hard kid.. He's probably about evenly split right now, so anything that helps tilt the odds in FSU's favor is going to hurt us. I just hope Al is ready to fight dirty against Jimbo. If we do lose kids like Coley over these "package" deals, I hope he keeps tabs on all of it, and uses it to F8ck Jimbo next time he pulls this sh8t, because you have to believe Jimbo is going to cut those "buddies" loose as soon as he can.

Package deals rarely work. Honestly the only time I remember it working is with Jamie Harper and Clemson. Coley will be a cane.

The thing I hate about it is that it seems like the type of things So Fla kids would do more than any other area of the country. The diva factor is off the **** charts down there.

Why would any RB or WR think they have a better chance to get to the NFL at FSU than at Miami?

Even our recent, non-stud WRs and RBs from some of our worst teams in school history -- Damien Berry, TB3, Javarris James, Laron Byrd, Tommy Streeter, etc -- found places on pro teams. I don't see nearly the same kind of production at FSU.

Both schools have hot girls, great (albeit very different) nightlife, Miami's academics are far superior, and FSU's gameday experience is far superior. But if you want to make it in the NFL, you play at Miami, it's as simple as that. The rest shouldn't matter.

Hope Collins & Coley both make the right decision and play for this U.

FSU will push the frineds out of the program either by seitching their positions or redshirting them to Bolivian.

FSU will not allow John Franklin, Estime, and Jackson to remain on the team past this season. Scholarships will not be renewed I imagine. They've done it before.

I think most people know kid will not qualify academically......and FSU didnt choose to offer him until Coley had a blast on his official to Miami

As great as it would have been to get coleys commitment, doesn't the whole commitment idea seem so flawed now? Honestly it doesn't matter to me that he didn't commit because it wouldn't have sealed the deal on us having him sign come feb 1.

That's not me bashing coley, he's my dude and honestly he's one of my top 3 favorite recruits in this class I really want this bad *** ****. I hope these kids, like another poster already said, realize how great the U is in terms of putting kids in the league as well as our bright *** future. **** our future is so bright I can't see my hand on front of my face.

These kids need to see that golden turned down the Wisconsin job (which, believe it or not guys) is just as good if not better them ours right now with sanctions looming and an empty *** stadium.

These kids need to hop on board, and we need them too, because were about to be a force to be reckoned with. So pumped for what the future holds.
