Rosier is the ultimate backup.

5th year senior, tons of experience, knows the playbook, game manager, mobile, always smiling. This is perfect.

Who's to say the playbook hasn't been open all along, but Rosier's inability to make reads/audibles has made it look vanilla AF

I think it has been said for 2 years now that he just doesn't feel comfortable throwing certain routes so those have been taken out when he is in. For all the QBs it is also going to be how well they know the plays and if there are some they don't know those are not going to get called.

It's probably a patellar bone bruise. Those take longer to heal because of repetitive bone on bone contact. Rushing him back before he heals risks stress fracture, cartilage damage, osteoarthritis, etc.

Remember a bone bruise is really a fracture to one layer of bone tissue; the name is misleading.

Thanks. It’s kind of like turf toe which doesn’t sound bad but it’s extremly painful and slow to heal. I used to laugh when players sat out with turf toe until I actually had the injury and couldn’t walk normal for a month do to the pain in my big toe. No need to rush him back in my opinion. Hopefully he can get back right for FSU.

Uhhhhh, Perry has thrown more INTs than Rosier the 2 games He's been allowed to throw.

Perry threw it into double coverage a few times vs FIU, Harley bailed em' out.

Kid's talented no doubt, but He still has a lot to learn.

Dorsey career I think was 58%

My add on is that It’s also a lot of getting the ball to the correct playmakers in a manner that allows them to get YAC

Different era. 60% back then was extraordinary. Now it's what everyone expects to hit.

Not unless he becomes a disgruntled player. He hasn't had to deal with this type of gut punch on the field yet.
